Q: Can Gurley's Medical Supply direct bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance?

A: The Gurley's have been in the medical home equipment and durable medical equipment business for more than 15 years, We do all we can to help patients with their insurance. We bill Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross Blue Shield with proper documentation. They each require a doctor's order as well as chart notes to substantiate the need for the equipment ordered. Sometimes payment is required up front and we bill the insurance to reimburse the portion covered by insurance.

Up until that time, we will provide you with the information and documentation, as well as walk you through the process of submitting your claim for eligible purchases. For private insurance, we may be able to verify insurance coverage for eligible items and again provide documentation for your claim.

Q: Do you rent home medical equipment?
